Just a little about me-

Randy graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering in 1977. He worked in several companies in Houston during his 28 years in computer and electronics design. He retired from Hewlett Packard several years after they acquired Compaq Computer in Houston, TX. Randy has been working with renewable energy since that time, originally with plans to import equipment from China. That plan somewhat morphed into testing wind turbines for profit, when after four years of testing and product evaluation he still had not found a suitable set of products and/or manufacturers in China.

During the process of testing these Chinese wind turbines, he learned a tremendous amount through reading and studying, and trial and error. He has even designed some of his own data logging equipment and software, and has mastered the art of installing turbines on hinged towers...
